Remote Support -
For those who need instant I.T. support on their Windows based computer systems, CompuCheck Limited offers a remote support service.
No matter where you are, whether we have helped you before or not, we can help. Our remote support is one of our most used services due to it's simple design.
Scenario: You are having an issue with your Windows based PC or Server, this could include a virus or maybe an error message, it might prove too costly to pay an I.T. Professional to visit your home or business premises. It's one of those issues whereby you simply cannot seem to figure out what's wrong, or your usual I.T. guru is not there to help.
In the above scenario, you could call or email CompuCheck who would talk you through downloading a small standalone application (see below), which would require no installation. We would supply you with a username & password. After entering your password into the small application we would have instant access to your computer screen.
This service is completely secure, it does not require technical firewall changes and is chargeable in only 15 minute increments (30 minutes minimum charge). We see what you can see on your screen meaning that we can troubleshoot your problems while speaking to you either by phone or our in-built messaging service.
Payment is made via our secure Google Checkout invoicing system. Please note that payment for the minimum 30 minutes is required before any work can commence. Costs start from as little as £10. Fixed price work can be arranged.
